Refund policy

At Boogy-Woogy, we are dedicated to providing you with the most accurate and detailed product descriptions possible, so that you know exactly what to expect when your order arrives. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase, and to have a clear understanding of the products they are buying.


If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best. We cannot guarantee cancellation as orders are immediately passed on to the warehouse. If it has already been processed or shipped we are unable  to cancel your order. 


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Items send back to us without first requesting will not be accepted. We accept for new and unused items only. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your returns after we receive your return package. You can always contact us for any return questions at 


At Boogy-Woogy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to process a refund for valid claims. If you prefer, we can also ship a new product or replace it with another item of the same value.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. Your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 1 to 5 working days.
